Teagan is a former elite dancer, cheerleader, and PRO Bikini Natural Champion who’s no stranger to hard work. With experience competing at multiple World Championships, she brings deep insight into disordered eating and is passionate about helping women build healthier relationships with food and their bodies.
Now a mum herself, Teagan specialises in women’s strength training, including pregnancy and postpartum coaching. While body composition is part of the journey, her coaching is grounded in mindset, education, and a tailored, holistic approach.

Molly
Molly is a competitive powerlifter with a serious love for the bench press. She’s had huge success on the platform, taking out first place in the U67.5kg class and claiming 2nd in the Juniors Division at Nationals — all while hitting an 80kg bench and 160kg deadlift.
Molly is passionate about helping her clients train for strength and confidence, promoting a sustainable approach to nutrition over restrictive dieting. She’s all about building strong bodies and stronger mindsets — and we’re pumped to see her take her first powerlifting athletes to comp this year!
